The Future of Learning.
The Nameplate
The Intelligent Nameplate replaces the traditional paper name tent with a connected in-classroom device. Students sign in with a simple tap of their student card, while attendance, participation, polls, quizzes, and engagement are captured automatically. Professors spend less time managing logistics and more time teaching.
Attendance is recorded the moment a student taps in. No roll call, paper sign-in sheets, or manual tracking.
Capture meaningful participation with customizable instructor and peer assessments that align with your course and grading policy.
Send polls and quizzes to every nameplate instantly and watch responses appear live as students answer.
Participation, polls, and quizzes are graded automatically, with results ready as soon as class ends.
Monitor attendance, raised hands, engagement, and classroom activity from one live dashboard.
Export a complete weighted gradebook in a single click, ready to import into your existing LMS or grading system.
About
Comet began with a simple observation: the students who consistently prepare, participate,
and engage aren't always recognized fairly, especially in larger classrooms.
We built Comet to make classroom engagement measurable, transparent, and effortless. By
connecting attendance, participation, assessments, and classroom interaction into a single
platform, Comet gives educators better insight while creating a more engaging experience
for students.
This is the first step toward a more connected learning environment.
